Our funds are at the core of our business. We are licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission to raise capital and operate managed funds on behalf of our clients and investment partners. Our focus is on equity and debt investments in the Australian real estate sector, providing investment opportunities to private wholesale investors, family offices and institutional investors.

We are focused on optimising returns in the hands of our clients as investors. We take early involvement in the life-cycle of investment to create a value-add plan for the efficient use of capital and the ultimate divestment strategy.

We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the wider property sector and have established significant relationships with a number of key industry players. This gives us unique access to a diverse range of assets classes and quality opportunities, enabling us to take advantage of both on-market and off-market acquisition strategies.

Discipline
We are selective in our investment approach and conservative with our assumptions. This requires us to be patient and highly discretionary in assessing opportunities. Our clients trust us to ‘sort the wheat from the chaff’ and pursue those opportunities that meet our stringent due diligence and investment criteria.
Alignment
We treat our investor’s money like our money and live this ethos by aligning ourselves with the interests and objectives of our investors. We do this by structuring our fees based on the performance of the fund by its realised returns to investors. We also seek to co-invest in the funds we manage to entrench our commitment to investors for the entire life of the fund.
