Transactions
We assist project promoters with transaction and execution support. We can prepare the investment case, structure the deal, negotiate terms, and manage due diligence and delivery through to realisation. We are also licensed real estate agents, allowing us to transact for our clients.
Capital
We understand all layers of the capital stack and work closely with a variety of groups to arrange project financing for our clients. We develop and implement alternative funding strategies and innovative capital structures to enhance returns and generate lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships between capital providers and promoters.
